IVF medications can become difficult to manage

Most IVF patients manage a significant amount of clinical information between appointments. Without a structured system, important details can slip through the gaps.

💊

Multiple medications at once

IVF protocols commonly involve several medications simultaneously, each with different dosages, timing, and storage requirements.

📅

Schedules that change

Treatment plans are adjusted based on scan results and response. Keeping up with protocol changes alongside daily life adds real cognitive load.

💉

Injection timing

Some injections need to be given within a specific window. Having a clear record of what to take and when helps patients stay on top of each step.

📋

Clinic instructions scattered

Instructions arrive across appointments, phone calls, and paperwork. Consolidating this into one accessible place reduces confusion.

🗓️

Appointment coordination

Blood tests, scans, and procedures need to be tracked alongside work and daily commitments. A dedicated view helps patients plan ahead.

📄

Paperwork and checklists

Pre-cycle checklists and procedural requirements pile up. Knowing what is complete — and what still needs attention — reduces last-minute stress.

📋

Treatment Notes

Store clinic instructions, protocol notes, and procedure reminders alongside your schedule. Access important information when you need it, without relying on memory.

📆

See your entire treatment cycle laid out clearly. Track where you are in the process, what is coming up, and how your medications map across the full IVF protocol timeline.

A clearer picture of your treatment

Many patients manage IVF information across multiple systems that were not designed for this purpose. CycleGuide brings it together.

Without CycleGuide

Managing it all manually

  • Handwritten notes from appointments that are hard to find later
  • Screenshots of medication schedules spread across the camera roll
  • Phone reminders with no context for what each alarm means
  • Treatment information split across emails, paperwork, and memory
  • Relying on memory for injection timing and storage conditions
  • No clear view of where you are in the treatment cycle

“I saw how much information patients were trying to manage outside of clinic appointments — and how little support existed to help them do that well.”

Dr Caroline Fiddler is a medical doctor who has personally undergone IVF treatment. Drawing on both her clinical background and her experience as a patient, she built CycleGuide to address something she observed firsthand: the gap between what clinics communicate and what patients are able to hold onto and act on.

CycleGuide is designed to work alongside your clinic, not to replace it. It supplements clinical communication by giving patients a structured, accessible place to organise the information they receive throughout treatment.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the CycleGuide IVF medication tracker app.

What is an IVF medication tracker?
+
An IVF medication tracker is a tool that helps patients record and monitor their fertility medications throughout a treatment cycle. CycleGuide functions as an IVF medication tracker app — patients can log medication names, dosages, timing, and storage instructions, and view their full IVF medication schedule in one place. It helps keep complex protocols organised and accessible between clinic appointments.
Can CycleGuide track IVF injections?
+
Yes. CycleGuide works as an IVF injection tracker by allowing patients to record injection medications with specific timing, dosage, and storage requirements such as refrigeration instructions. Each injection can be logged against the relevant day in the treatment cycle. CycleGuide does not provide medical advice — for clinical guidance on injections, always refer to your fertility clinic.
Does CycleGuide replace my fertility clinic?
+
No. CycleGuide is designed to work alongside your clinic, not replace it. It is an IVF treatment organiser — a patient-facing tool that helps you manage the information your clinic provides. All medical decisions, protocol adjustments, and clinical guidance should come from your treating medical team. CycleGuide supplements clinical communication; it is not a substitute for it.
Can I use CycleGuide with any IVF clinic?
+
Yes. CycleGuide can be used as a personal IVF organiser app regardless of which clinic you attend. You can enter your own treatment information, medications, and appointments manually at any time. For clinics using the Pario system by Magentus, treatment plans can be pushed directly into the app without manual entry. Check with your clinic to find out whether they have integrated with CycleGuide.
Is CycleGuide available in Australia?
+
Yes. CycleGuide is available on the Australian App Store and was built with Australian IVF patients and clinics in mind. It is also available for patients in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The app is available on iOS devices. A free trial is available so patients can explore the features before committing to a subscription.
